Day 1

On the first day in Kuala Lumpur, you can visit one of the iconic places, which is the Batu Caves.

1. Batu Caves

 You can spend half a day admiring the beauty of the famous Batu Caves that has large a large golden statue on the top. You must climb the steep stairs to reach the top, but the view from up there is amazing. So, don’t forget to bring your camera, okay?

You can visit Batu Caves by using public transportation. Trains that depart from KL Sentral can take you to Batu Caves in only about 30 minutes. When the day gets hot, you can stop and relax for a moment before exploring the area again.

2. Petronas Twin Towers

From KL Sentral, you can change trains and take the route to KLCC, then walk about two minutes to visit the very famous Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur. Don’t forget, the KLCC park is the best spot if you want to photograph the twin towers.

Petronas Twin Towers is a must-visit place when you’re in Kuala Lumpur. Why is that? The simple reason is that you must watch this iconic icon with your own eyes! The height of the Malaysian Petronas tower is 452 meters.

In addition, you can also go up to the 41st floor to go to the Skybridge or 86th floor, which is the observation deck. From there, you can see the amazing view of the city of Kuala Lumpur from above.

Day 2

1. Merdeka Square

Let’s start the second day in Kuala Lumpur by visiting the Merdeka Square or also popularly known as Dataran Merdeka. This place is one of the oldest areas in the city.

The Merdeka Square is a legacy from the British colonial period in Malaysia. But now, the place has become a symbol of Malaysia’s independence as well as one of the most popular tourist attractions in Kuala Lumpur.

On the last day, you may once again see the amazing view of the city of Kuala Lumpur from a height, even higher than the observation deck in the Petronas tower. You can come to the Kuala Lumpur Tower.

This is a communication tower that was built in 1995 with a height of 420 meters. To reach the observation deck at the top of the tower, you can take the elevator for about one minute.

2. KL Forest EcoPark
