It all started with a family who survived the Mount Krakatau eruption, so the community gathered to pray and built a monastery as a place of prayer in their midst. These include stone sculptures and inscriptions, hollow stones, ancient trench fortification systems stretching over 1.2 kilometers, and structures that look like dolmens.
