After taking some aesthetic photos in the museum, you must feel a bit hungry, right? Then, it’s now time to hunt authentic street foods!
There are usually plenty of street vendors around, but you can also come to their local market, or souk as the locals said. You can have shawarma filled with juicy meat, the deep-fried samosa, or manakeesh pizza that’s full of spices.
Day 2: Sightseeing the Country from the Water and the Sky at Corniche

In Abu Dhabi, Corniche is one of the most scenic settings to visit. And that’s exactly where we’re going on our second day! From doing sports, feasting on foods, to just sightseeing the city, Corniche is the best place to really enjoy Abu Dhabi.
But, to take it up a notch, you can take a boat sightseeing tour from the bay. Usually, the tour will take you to Emirates Palace Marina, Heritage Village, Fisherman’s Village, and Lulu Island.
After spending a day exploring the country from the sea, let’s take a contrast look from above by visiting the Observation Deck at 300. This observation deck is the highest vantage point in Abu Dhabi, offering magnificent, panoramic views of the country’s skyline!
Day 3: Visit the Theme Parks in Yas Island

- Speed up at Ferrari World
- Lounging around at Yas Beach

On day 3, you must visit Yas Island which is only a 30-minute drive from Abu Dhabi. Here, you can find some of the greatest theme parks in the world!
Starting from Warner Bros. World, a theme park filled with some of your favorite childhood characters. From DC heroes and villains, Scooby-Doo gang, to even Tom & Jerry. You can meet them all here!
But, if you’re more of a thrill-seeker, you can visit the Ferrari World! Not only is this theme park filled with adrenaline-challenging rides, but there is also even an exhibition hall showcasing all of your favorite Ferraris.
After a whole day of exciting adventure, it’s now time to cool it off in Yas Beach. Yes, you can do some exciting water sports like jet skiing or kayaking. But, witnessing the sunset on the enchanting landscape sounds great too, right?
Day 4: Experience One of a Kind Adventures in Desert Safari
- Go to the Desert Safari
- Going off-road with the cars
- Experience a camel ride exploring the sand dunes
- Get your thrill on by sandboarding
- Have a nice sunset barbeque
For day 4, make sure you get enough rest the night before because we’re going to the desert! Here, at Abu Dhabi’s Desert Safari, you can discover the beauty of the sand dunes.
To reach the deserts, you will most likely be assigned to a guide that will drive you to the premises. Buckle up, t-mates, because the driver got some tricks up their sleeve to make your off-road experience even more adrenaline pumping!
When you reach the desert, you can experience other exciting activities. Maybe ride on a camel’s back and explore the desert? Or you can do sandboarding, something you can’t do anywhere else.
But, one of the best things to do in Desert Safari is enjoyed their Arabian barbeque in the middle of the desert while watching the sunset. How delightful!
Day 5: Take One Last Look Around Abu Dhabi and Say Goodbye

Today is your last day in Abu Dhabi, so let’s take it slow and do some light activities before you must go to the airport, okay?
First, you can visit the stunning Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. This mosque has been dubbed as one of the world’s largest mosques and an architectural work of art with hints of Islamic values. With white and gold furnishing, the mosque is a great place for taking your last pictures in Abu Dhabi.
After that, you can head out to World Trade Center Souk, a place filled with many authentic Abu Dhabi goods that you can bring home.
The dates here are different from anywhere else, so make sure you packed some of that. Then maybe buy some Parisian rugs and textiles to furnish your home? It would look good and you know it!
