Heading for Bali? Make Sure to Check on These New Updated Rules

To anticipate this, local governments are imposing several updated rules that you need to check before you head to Bali. Make sure you know these Bali’s new updated rules.

New Regulations That You Need to Comply

Given the current COVID-19 pandemic situation, there are a number of rules that you must comply with as domestic tourists who plan to head to Bali for an upcoming trip. The following policies apply from 26 January 2021 until 8 February 2021.

1. Domestic travelers should be concerned about, and responsible for each own health by complying with the established health protocols 
2. Visitors who travel by air should be able to provide a health certificate that indicates a negative RT-PCR taken no later than 2×24 hours prior to departure or a rapid test antigen with a negative result no later than 1×24 hour prior to departure and to fill in e-HAC Indonesia 
3. Visitors who travel with private vehicles through land and sea transportation should be able to provide a health certificate that indicates a rapid antigen test with negative result no later than 1×24 before departure or a RT-PCR test result no later than 2×24 hours before departure
4. Children under the age of 12 are exempt from this requirement
5. Health certificate that indicates a negative result of RT-PCR test and non-reactive rapid antigen test is valid for 14 days upon its issuance
6. Visitors should have a valid health certificate that indicates they free from COVID-19 during the course of their stay in Bali

Apart from these rules, we also recommend that you have your RT-PCR test in the nearest government-referral hospitals around your area.
