3. Batagor Yunus

Batagor, an abbreviation for Bakso Tahu Goreng which translates to “fried meatball and tofu” is an Indonesian traditional delicacy. The tofu and wonton skins are usually stuffed with either fish or meat paste, then steamed and coated with batter and deep-fried.

Later, the result will be drenched in plenty of peanut sauce, a drizzle of sweet soy sauce, and spicy sauce.

Do you know Colenak? Well, it is an abbreviation of dicocol (to dip in sauce) and enak (delicious).

Though the name might sound weird at first, Colenak is delicate fermented cassava – called peuyeum in Sundanese – grilled and served with a thick, plenty amount of sweet concoction of palm sugar and a bit of shredded coconut.
