- Choose the train icon
- Select one of the departure terminals and your destination, the number of tickets that you want to buy, and click “Search Trains”
- Select the departure date that you want
- Fill in the passenger’s details, and click “Continue to Payment” (You can also select the seat)

Terms of Purchase of Train Tickets for New Year 2023/2024 Holidays

- Tickets purchased are valid for scheduled departures on December 21 2023-January 7 2024

- Log in to the Access by KAI app with a registered account
- Select the “Account” menu, then click the “Face Recognition Registration” option
- Fill in your personal data, including your full name, NIK number, date of birth, and self photo
- Make sure your personal data is correct, then click “Register Now”
- You’re all done!
