1. Meru Temple

Meru Temple is the largest Hindu temple in Lombok island. This sacred place has a unique architecture with multi-tiered shrines built from teak wood. It was built in 1720 during King A.A. Made’s rule. Meru Temple is divided into three main yards, namely Nista Mandala, Madya Mandala, and Utama Mandala, all of which function for particular purposes.
