Do you want to try a Chinese-style hamburger in Macau? Go for a pork chop bun! This is a Macau’s specialty food that was influenced by Portuguese dish known as “Bifana”.

Inside the bun, there’s a pork chop filling that is juicy and crispy on the outside. The pork chop is marinated with the combination of garlic, sugar, spices, white and black pepper. The bun or baguette is fried until it becomes golden brown.
